Guardian Generation 3: Early Drowsiness Detection

Guardian Generation 3 is setting a new standard in drowsiness detection. The system continuously monitors and evaluates a driver’s level of drowsiness, based on the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS), and intervenes in real time if they are at a dangerous level of fatigue risk. By intervening pre-emptively, drivers are made aware of their increased risk and can take action before they tire further. What is more, fleet operations have a live view of their drivers at an elevated drowsiness level. Guardian’s preventative technology has been independently tested and meets the European Commission’s General Safety Regulation for drowsiness detection.
