Two teenagers were stabbed at Mooney's Bay Park in Ottawa on Saturday night, leaving an 18-year-old man in critical condition and a 16-year-old girl with minor lacerations, as the Ottawa Police Service searches for suspects. CTV's Natalie van Rooy reports that Insp. Jamie Harper says the violence began with an altercation within a large group gathered at the park and that police have obtained video evidence clearly showing the escalation leading up to the stabbing. Witnesses Tommy Ransom and Bernard Lee, both from Brampton, were nearby at a basketball game when they noticed a large commotion but did not learn the cause until the following day. The stabbing also forced the cancellation of the MS Walk that had been scheduled at Mooney's Bay on Sunday, though organizers say donations are still being accepted.
