We visited this Blacksmith at his mountain forge to see how he crafts 4000 ultra thin blue steel (aogami no2) Japanese knives. His workshop grew from humble beginnings and the kindness of other local blacksmiths to help build his business. We admire his tenacity and dedication to the crafting of such unique thin blades!
