Vlad talks about how choosing a career without self-understanding can lead to dissatisfaction and inner conflict. Using his own experience, he explains that many people are influenced by fear, family, or external pressure instead of their real interests and strengths, emphasizing that self-discovery and career guidance help people make more conscious and fulfilling professional choices. Vlad graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, majoring in Psychology, and later completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Psychotherapy at Babeș-Bolyai University. Throughout his years of study, he became involved in various volunteer projects. He developed and coordinated university integration activities with students, while also leading workshops and providing career counseling. Every summer since the beginning of university, he has worked as a trainer in socio-emotional development camps for young adults.
At the same time, he participated in projects focused on implementing emotional development activities in Africa, as well as projects involving clinical screening and counseling in refugee camps.
