Panfilo Lacson that needs signatures. Tingog Party-list Representative Jude Acidre said the revived probe could be a ploy to derail the impeachment process against Vice President Sara Duterte. Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano earlier announced the creation of a Senate Blue Ribbon subcommittee, to be headed by Sen. Rodante Marcoleta, that will investigate the flood control issue.
