As the platform spins, the sculptures blur together until synchronized LED strobe lights begin flashing at the exact same rhythm as the rotating display. Each figure is frozen in a slightly different pose, allowing your brain to stitch the flashes together into smooth movement. The installation also pays tribute to Denver public art, including references to the famous Big Blue Bear and Fernando Botero sculptures.
