ACT Teachers party-list Representative Antonio Tinio submitted on Tuesday a letter urging the Office of the Ombudsman to investigate flood control projects in Davao City, alleging there are irregularities in projects worth P4.4 billion. The supposed anomalies include double funding, total overlap, and congressional insertions. Tinio said he already brought the matter to the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) beforehand, but it took no action.
