Forgotten Exercise: The Side-Lying Lateral Raise. Time for a real classic to build some serious delts. Let's dive into the side-lying lateral raise. This one, they call it Serge Nubret exercise. You lay your body straight, put your shoulder inside. It's a tremendously difficult exercise, so I would put the emphasis on using lighter weight because if you try to get too heavy, you will not use correct form and thereby won't get the development that you're interested in achieving. Notice that I'm doing a full movement here, as low as I possibly can. And raising it up as high as I possibly can. We do three sets of these. Notice the great pump I'm getting from this exercise.
