Trust me, once you try this healthy casserole, it will become your favorite go-to recipe too! Healthy casserole recipe: 1/2 cabbage. The main benefit of cabbage is that it's very low in calories! Cabbage contains a huge amount of vitamins, trace elements, and amino acids! Transfer to a bowl. Salt. Shake the cabbage with your hands. Let it sit for 10 minutes. 2 leeks. They're low in calories, help curb appetite, and stimulate metabolism. Leeks are also very beneficial for the immune system and can be used as a preventative measure against colds.
