Ingredients :
Bhalla:
Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Moong Dal -1/2 Cup
Green chillies-2-3
Ginger-2 inch
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking powder- a pinch or 1/8th tsp
Oil- To Deep fry
Green Chutney:
Cilantro/Dhaniya -2 bundle
Mint leaves-1/2 bundle
Green chillies-4-5
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic-2-3
Salt
Black salt-1/2 tsl
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
Imli water-2 tbspn
Red Chutney:
Imli/ Tamarind-50gms
Water-3 Cups
Jaggery powder-1 cup or more if needed
Chat masala-1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
Black salt-1 tsp
Ginger powder-1 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder-1 tsp
Corn flour -1 tsp
Golden resin-1-2 tsp
Melon seeds-2 tsp
Chopped Cashews -Few
Sweet Yoghurt:
Yoghurt- 1 CupFull fat as needed
Sugar-1-2 tbspn
Black Salt -1/2 tsp
Garnish:
Pomegranate seeds(Anaar)
Roasted Cumin powder - to garnish
Chat Masala - to garnish
