The Power of Starting Young | Jennifer Cardenas | TEDxYouth@Wilmington

In her TEDxYouth@Wilmington talk, Jennifer Cardenas discusses the benefits of being a young business owner. Jennifer Cardenas is a 15-year-old student at Ursuline Academy. A proud Mexican American, she was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and brings her cultural background into the way she sees the world and engages with her community. At Ursuline, Jennifer works at Angela’s Café, where she contributes to the school community while building responsibility and customer service skills. Outside of school, she is an entrepreneur who owns a small business specializing in eternal roses, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and a strong work ethic at a young age.
