Henry Nowak was walking home from a university night out when he was handcuffed over false accusations of racism as he died from stab wounds.
The 18-year-old student’s murder by Vickrum Digwa, a Sikh who was carrying an 8in ceremonial knife, in Southampton, Hampshire, last year has shocked the nation.
Nigel Farage said Mr Nowak’s final moments were proof that Britain was a “two-tier” country after Digwa, 23, was handed a life sentence on Monday.
