This home is possible because of the people who stood by us throughout this journey. ❤️ To our UIC Family & Panchu Sena…आपली माणसं, this is as much yours as it is ours. Finding a property that matched our requirements was anything but easy. We had a few non negotiables. Freehold land, surface parking, a well structured low density project,ready to move in status, gas pipe line, OC and several other practical requirements. After a long search, we finally found a place that checked all the right boxes. Instead of putting it on rent, we decided to make it our own and personalize every corner according to our needs and philosophy. A huge part of that journey was made possible by @trishna_design Vignesh, Mamta, and their entire team poured their heart, creativity, and countless hours into this project. The beautiful space you see today is a result of their hard work and dedication. One thing that was important to us was reusing as much as possible from the original flat. We have always believed in “Mend Before You Spend.” If something can be repaired, repurposed, or reused, that is always our first choice. And if you do not need it, do not buy it. One of our favourite highlights is the main door. We went bold with a deep navy blue glossy finish paired with elegant gold accents, and we absolutely love how it turned out. The stunning finish is possible thanks to @woodpol_ & @harshbhayani What makes this home even more special is that Vignesh, Mamta, and Harsh are not just professionals we worked with. They are all part of the #UICFamily. This house is built with gratitude, trust, relationships, and the support of a community that believed in us long before these walls existed. We asked you people to select our balcony tiles and there they are, we asked you for the swing and majority voted 👍🏻 and there it is….
