Seated Cable Chest Fly Variations (DO THESE!)
1) High-to-Low Seated Incline Cable Flyes
Set the cable handles around head height while seated and fly downward. This biases the lower chest fibers.
2) Seated Incline Cable Flyes
Set the cable handles slightly below chest height while seated and fly straight forward. This biases the mid chest fibers.
3) Low-to-High Seated Incline Cable Flyes
Set the cable handles low, near the bottom of the cable machine, and fly upward. This biases the upper chest fibers.
