1/2 cabbage.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
1/2 tablespoon of flour.
450 ml chicken broth / 15 fl. oz.
2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
Juice of half a lemon.
Two handfuls of spinach (optional).
A dozen cherry tomatoes (optional).
2 balls of mozzarella (optional).
Some Parmesan cheese (optional).
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Dried garlic, dried basil, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, thyme, pepper mix.
Salt.
