🥦 Ingredients you will need:
1 head of Cabbage
1/2 cup Rice + 1 cup Water
Leek (washed and sliced)
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Bell pepper
1 Carrot
Olive oil & Butter
Salt, Black pepper, and Italian herbs
Optional: Fried ground beef or chicken for the filling
Topping: Soy sauce and Sesame seeds

⏱️ Cooking Steps:
Prepare the Cabbage: Boil the whole cabbage for 5 minutes, then let it cool and separate the leaves.
Cook the Rice: Simmer 1/2 cup of rice in 1 cup of water for 10-12 minutes.
Sauté the Veggies: Fry leek, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot in a mix of olive oil and butter.
The Filling: Mix the rice with the sautéed vegetables and season with Italian herbs.
Roll and Fry: Place 1 tbsp of filling on each leaf, roll them up, and fry in a pan until golden on both sides.
Serve: Garnish with soy sauce and sesame seeds for that extra kick!
