NBI summons Robin Padilla’s aide, uncle over Bato Dela Rosa’s Senate exit

NBI Director Melvin Matibag on Monday (June 1) said the bureau has issued subpoena to several individuals as part of its investigation into the shooting incident at the Senate on May 13 and the circumstances surrounding Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa's departure from the Senate premises. Among those subpoenaed were suspended Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca, Pasay City Police Chief Joselito De Sesto, Sen. Robin Padilla's deputy chief of staff Jean Robles, and Padilla's uncle, Virgilio Carino.
