Manuel Bonoan arrives in wheelchair at Sandiganbayan, seeks hospital arrest

Former DPWH secretary Manuel Bonoan arrived at the Sandiganbayan in a wheelchair on Tuesday (June 2). The anti-graft court's fifth division said Bonoan has a pending motion for hospital arrest. His return of warrant has been noted by the court. Bonoan is Sen.
