US carrier Southwest Airlines has banned humanoid or animal-like robots on planes, following a recent viral video showing a man bringing one on board his flight. Aaron Mehdizadeh, founder of The Robot Studio, had bought a ticket for his humanoid robot for his flight back to North Dallas from Las Vegas.
