Following the massive controversy surrounding the NEET-UG 2026 exam the National Testing Agency (NTA) made a shocking submission before a Parliamentary Standing Committee led by Congress MP Digvijaya Singh, claiming that "no paper leak took place, only certain questions came out." While NTA officials and the Education Ministry admitted to system lapses, malpractices, and irregularities which eventually forced the exam's cancellation on May 12 to maintain credibility under a zero-tolerance policy.
