Erwin Tulfo: VP Duterte impeachment trial expected to begin on July 6 | ABS-CBN News

Headstart: Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial may start on July 6, Sen. Erwin Tulfo said Thursday. Duterte has until June 1 to file her answer to the articles of impeachment that the House sent to the Senate. House prosecutors will then have 10 calendar days to respond, which will be followed by pre-trial proceedings including marking of evidence, Tulfo said.
