What if the biggest barrier to your growth isn't a lack of intelligence, but the comforting lie that you already understand? This talk explores how the Dunning-Kruger effect traps us into "performing competence" while our fear of looking stupid stops us from asking the very questions that lead to mastery. By embracing radical honesty and the courage to say "I don't know yet," you can break free from the illusion of knowledge and finally open the door to true discovery.
