影片說明
This video demonstrates a practical method for soil removal in pile foundation construction using an impact drill rig.
The machine is equipped with a special cylindrical metal bucket drill bit. During operation, workers use a tripod and manual winch to lift the bucket drill bit steadily, then release the rope to let the bit fall freely by gravity.
As the bit drops rapidly and strikes the ground, the cutting blades at the bottom cut into the soil layer, trapping the soil firmly inside the hollow cavity of the drill bit.
Once the cavity is filled with earth and debris, workers hoist the bit back up with the winch. After lifting it to the ground, they jolt the rope to open the movable bottom gate and completely dump out the soil inside, finishing one cycle of soil cleaning for the pile foundation.
