Japanese Canadian survivors of internment camps asked to share their stories in unique project

A unique project is helping to preserve the history of Japanese Canadians. The Sedai project is working to digitally preserve the personal stories of Japanese Canadians and teach people how to discover their own family history — by sitting down and interviewing a relative. The initiative is also a vital digital archive of Japanese Canadians’ accounts of internment camps set up during the Second World War.
