Raging inferno breaks out at packed hotel forcing hundreds of tourists to run to safety

A huge fire has raged through a packed hotel in Thailand, injuring four people and sending hundreds of tourists fleeing for their lives. Chaos erupted at the JA Plus Hotel, in the popular tourist trap Pattaya, after the blaze broke out on its rooftop on Thursday night. Authorities said around 240 guests were staying in roughly 120 of the hotel’s 173 rooms when the blaze erupted. Eyewitnesses described chaotic scenes as terrified tourists scrambled for exits while rescue teams searched the building for anyone trapped inside.
