Rico Domingo ang nangyayaring kaguluhan sa Senado kasama na ang mga kasong isinasampa sa ilang miyembro ng mayorya, ang panukalang payagan ang teleconferencing at kawalan ng quorum. “Ano ba nangyayari sa Senate natin?” ani Domingo. Aniya, walang rason para payagan ang teleconferencing para sa mga senador dahil walang national emergency tulad ng COVID-19. Hindi rin tama na pagbotohan kaagad ito ng hindi dumadaan sa committee on rules. “Halo-halo na, naguguluhan na tayo ano gusto nila.
